This was based on Tam's love for Rollercoasters and he made the calendar like a book of tickets. If you look at March you'll see there is an actual perforated ticket stub that can be pulled off to ride the March Rollercoaster typeface while also maintaining the integrity of the second half of the ticket he designed.
